什么是数字游民签证？
数字游民，是一种生活方式。
21世纪以来，随着信息技术的发展，世界各地，越来越多IT行业从业人员，新媒体人，语言老师，自由职业者开始逐渐摆脱办公场所的束缚，有能力在世界上任何一个有互联网的地方远程完成日常工作。远程办公的概念由此兴起，并在疫情前后得到极大推广。
脱离了办公室的束缚后，一部分远程办公者，决定选择背上行囊，旅居世界各地，体验着一面领略异域风情，一面在他乡远程工作的生活方式，他们就是数字游民。
为了吸引数字游民们造访，推动旅游业乃至新兴产业发展，目前，世界上不少于65个国家和地区的政府推出了专门为这些数字游民们量身打造的数字游民签证。这种签证一般有如下几个特点：
1. 要求申请者是远程工作者，有稳定的月收入，且不能在目的地国受雇佣工作；
2. 数字游民签证本质上是大号的旅行签，大多数一年一签，最多只可以让你在当地居留两到四年时间，不能移民。
但是，在一些拉美与南欧国家，比如说葡萄牙，西班牙，乌拉圭和厄瓜多尔，数字游民们在积累了一定居留时长后，可以快速获得当地永久居留权，乃至归化入籍。

哥伦比亚数字游民签证：
哥伦比亚数字游民签证（Visa V Nómadas digitales）项目从2023年1月开始正式运行，要求申请者是远程工作者，同时远程工作收入不低于当地月最低工资标准的三倍。在2025年，这个签证的具体经济要求是你的月收入达到427.0500万哥伦比亚比索，大约7530元人民币左右。
这个项目，也是全球经济要求最低的数字游民签证项目之一，但是目前，它只面向可以免签入境哥伦比亚的国家和地区开放。就中国而言，港澳台地区可以申请，大陆户口还无法申请。
同时，哥伦比亚数字游民签证属于这个国家的V类访客签证，原本只允许持有者每年在哥伦比亚逗留最多180天时间，但在实际运行中，大多数数字游民签证持有者可以在哥伦比亚住满一整年而不受制约。
申请流程：
哥伦比亚数字游民签证全程可在网上申请。想要申请这个签证，你需要在备齐所有所需文件后，在线注册账号，填写申请表，上传相关文件，缴纳一个21.7万比索（大约384元人民币）的审批费，递交签证申请。
如果你懂西班牙语，资料齐全，整个签证申请流程只需半小时到一小时时间。
这个项目的所需文件包括：
申请人身份信息文件：包括所有主副申六个月以上有效期的护照及复印件；两张白底护照尺寸照片；出生证明，结婚证明等主副申关心证明文件；
申请信：如果你是自由职业者或企业家，需要提供一份有关你入境哥伦比亚目的的申请信，阐明你的商业现状，发展目标，及希望从哥伦比亚获得什么；
远程工作证明：你需要提供被雇佣或自雇，可以远程工作的证明；
这个证明文件可以以西班牙语或英语的形式提供。
收入证明：你需要提供包括银行流水在内的一系列文件，证明过去三个月每月收入均达到哥伦比亚数字游民签证的要求；
无犯罪记录证明：所有成年主副申均需提供由所在地执法机构出具的无犯罪记录证明文件；
购买健康保险证明：你需要为所有主副申每人每年购买一份哥伦比亚有效的，足额健康保险。
所有哥伦比亚以外文件均需公证，所有非西班牙语或英语文件需翻译成西语或英语。
整个哥伦比亚数字游民签证的审理时间最长可达一个月左右。签证申请是否通过的信息，会以邮件形式传达给申请人。签证费在170美元到230美元之间。
副申：
哥伦比亚数字游民签证，主申请人的配偶或事实伴侣，未成年子女可以以副申身份共同获得签证。
但一旦有副申随行，对主申请人的收入要求也会随副申人数而相应增加。
签证有效期：
哥伦比亚数字游民签证有效期最长两年，如果你的签证有效期不足两年，到期可以续签数字游民签证。
这是一个V类访客签证，你无法依此申请哥伦比亚的永居或国籍等最终身份。
