签证概况：
从1995年开始，安提瓜与巴布达政府推出了一项旨在吸引全球经济独立人士的税收居民项目（Tax Residency Program）。这个项目签发给符合如下条件的申请者安提瓜的永久居留权：
1. 在安提瓜有合法住所（租赁或购房均可）；
2. 年收入不低于10万美元；
3. 申请者需承诺成为安提瓜纳税居民，每年在安提瓜缴纳2万美元的固定税；
4. 申请者需每年在安提瓜居住不少于30天时间，同时，因为你是安提瓜居民，所以不能成为其它任何国家或地区的纳税居民，也就是说你不能在单一自然年里在任何安提瓜以外国家或地区居住超过183天时间；
税收概况：
安提瓜税收居民无需缴纳财产税，遗产税与资本利得税，同时，你也无需为自己的海外收入在安提瓜纳税。
如果你在当地购房，会有一个每年0.1%到0.5%的房产税。
申请流程：
安提瓜税收居民项目，申请人需要在准备齐所有所需文件后，向安提瓜税务部门IRD（the Antigua and Barbuda Inland Revenue Department）递交税收居民申请。
这个项目的所需文件包括：
1. 申请人身份信息文件：包括所有主副申有效护照，护照尺寸照片，及出生证明，结婚证等主副申关系证明文件；
2. 收入证明：你需证明你的年收入稳定不低于10万美元；
3. 无犯罪记录证明；
4. 填写一份税收居民申请表；
5. 当地住所；
当地政府会就你的个人财政状况，安全背景进行调查，一旦申请通过，你将会立刻获得安提瓜永居卡以及一个当地税务号码TIN（Tax Identification Number）。TIN是一个属于安提瓜税收居民独有的永久有效的六位数字。
